i heard there is a peice in the health care bill that can nullify the 4th and 5th amendment.
if you are on the public plan the government has access to your records, thus being a search without due process.

But, can you tell us why you believe this? Are you saying everyone should not be allowed to seek medical attention when they need it? Are you saying that we should not educate our children? No.I believe in some socialism ,such as I mentioned. Medical and education should be socialized. Medical ,because we're talking about life its self and people should not have to qualify to some avaricious capitalist ,price-fixing cabal that puts profit above the lives of us,the citizens by having folks qualify by having many zeros in a bank account. Education--well everyone should be able to educate themselves as much as their abilities allow. Think of the unrealized ideas and/or inventions that have never come to fruition. The rest =capitalism ,unless voted on by our citizens on a case by case basis.
