II bought some ginger root, that I bruise with the mortar and pestle. That makes excellent ginger tea. I also bought turmeric to add to all the teas. I think it's helping a good bit with the inflammation in my body.
Ginger is AU$25 a kilo here, how much there? I always love to just slice it up eat it raw, or make home brew ginger beer with it
....and just minus the parsley We'll I have to try it now out of curiosity, but it sounds ghastly Like those people that drink wheatgrass juice......gag One step away from a lettuce smoothie.....lolz....which made me then think of a brussels sprout smoothie....which made me dry reach
I just settle for good old Yorkshire tea, milk but no sugar. I probably drink about 10 cups a day. Like coffee, the exotic teas make a nice change once in a while, but I would soon get tired of them if I drank them all the time.
I found some teas on sale yesterday so I got a box of Spiced Chai, a Vanilla Chai, and a Black Tea with Orange Spice. I haven't tried them yet.
My own personal opinion from what I've read is white tea is the most healthy but I haven't found a white tea I like. The next healthiest my opinion is Green Tea but never could find a Green Tea I liked until recently. I tried Brew lala Ginger Peach Green Tea and love it! So that is mostly what I drink now. I use to drink a lot of black teas.
Rooibos and now recently because of the flu and an upset tummy fennel tea. I seem to benefit a lot from it. Never heard of it before, it got recommended.
Irish breakfast and vanilla caramel are two of my favorites. I also like a good chai or a vanilla chai.
Constant Comment, brewed in a pot. For comfort. Most days I want the buzz so then it's Lifeboat, or Typhoo... if I can't get that Irish Breakfast tea from Trader Joe's will do. Time to get the water cooker boiling, it's almost noon in this zone.
I havent really had tea in a couple of years but a coworker has been sharing a green tea blend she has and its really good, made me remember how much I like tea. It also has ginger, coconut, and some other herbs and spices mixed in . I may switch from coffee to black tea in the mornings, coffee has been upsetting my stomach. Plus I love a good strong breakfast tea
I use Harney & Son and also purchase some of my stock from a local teamaster Welcome to Chado Tea Online Store: Home of over 300 different types of teas from around the world in Los Angeles I love having a variety and will have 2 or 3 different types of tea throughout the day.
earl grey is what im into at the moment got tired of the peppermints and anise i like the citrus tones of earl grey
Usually normal tea. I’m currently enjoying a blood orange flavoured herbal tea though. It’s even better with a bit of honey in it.
Sometimes Earl Grey in the mornings but it's usually coffee for me. Iced Tea with lemon at lunch and supper. Lemon ginger herbal tea at night.
