What kind of leader are you?

yeah seriously.

I can't stand people that feel like they always have to be in charge ALL the time.

 

Well I am a really go with the flow type. I don't demand that people come see a movie I want or things like that. I'm very zen.

But whenever things need to get down I get serious.

 

I guess I could see how that would be annoying. I dont' really know anyone like that though, so i have to guess.

 

Are you talking about the things that you feel need to get done, or that will specifically reward you (whether the reward is personal contentment/happiness/satisfaction etc, or a gold medal, or a thousand bucks) OR is it about the practical everyday things that have to happen for this place to function?

being a leader requires dealing with dumb asses so i try an avoid it as much as possible,but sometimes i just cant take the stupidity anymore....

I'd be very interested to know, of those who disagree with my choices, what kind of leader you would consider yourself... even if you just consider yourself under the general idea of 'leader'

 

That's the distinction I was trying to make.

I'll always take care of the things that I need to reward me in some ways. Contentment or gold.

But when it comes to making decisions which'll make sure that everything for other people will go smoothly, I generally sit back untill I know things need change.

I'm a take charge kinda guy, but I'm too easy going to try and micromanage everything. It sounds kinda conflicting, but it really doesn't seem that way form my point of view.

 

That's because it is conflicting with what most are taught about leading and it takes somebody laid back to take that kind of control.

 

If you dont like being a leader because you think everyone is stupid, then you probably aren't a very good leader anyways.

 

No, not conflicting at all mate. I think a pretty good argument could be made that we all hold some sort of pleasure principle among our first principles. What you've said falls neatly in our worldview.

i'm a leader or a follower, depending on the situation. i'm very picky about my leaders, though. i'm also very picky about my followers.

 

I dont care to lead most of the time, but I do often. If people are fucking shit up I have to take over. Like at work or whatever.

Possibly, but none that I can think to single out between myself or a man.
