I am definitely an exercise person, I'm all about fitness! I work out 7 days a week, for at least 30 minutes a day, no ifs, an's, or buts. I usually power walk/jog or ride my bike. I also dance a lot. I love cardio. Makes me feel fantastic! I lift weights and I always dread it. I do crunches and other strengthening exercises and dread when I do those too. I think it's so BORING. But give me cardio and I'm happy. I only stick with the weights and strengthening so that I keep nice and toned. I don't want to just be thin, I want muscle definition, so I just figure, hey, I might not like it but...no pain, no gain, right?
