:2thumbsup: I dont know why i asked but the question popped up in my head this morning...Well what kind of drink do you guys have in the morning? if its just plain ol coffee or tea how much sugar or milk? XD random question ik. My answer: Tetley Peppermint tea with 1 sugar and a teaspoon of milk or some hot coco with a marshmallow!
ya i sometimes when i cant bother making coco or tea i just grab some milk out the fridge, one time i was so tired i went for the milk and ended up on the floor with milk spilt on me XD
i'm not a person of habit, so it could be just about anything liquid i might have any other time of day. to prevent throat problems and the likelihood of infection that fallows them like colds and flu, i'll usually suck on a non-menthol cough drop first. if i think a sore throat likely or i wake up with one, it'll be a bullion broth with lots of lemon. i have found that sore throats are avoided more often by actually eating solid food before taking liquids. throat soothing foods like noodles are best. also my morning is not a particular time of day, but the concluding of my sleep cycle and beginning of my wake cycle. all of which my vary in duration as well as clock time, but never less then five hours for any if this can be avoided. sugar and sugar substitutes in any form, i absolutely avoid until well after my body is thoroughly awake, and been thoroughly awake for at least an hour or two.
Apple cider vinegar in water, and bulletproof coffee (coffee with 4 tablespoons of grass-fed butter and 2 tablespoons of MCT oil -- approx. 600 calories).
Coffee and/or OJ. I'm a person of habit I guess, it's always either one of those 2 and often both. Never sugar in my coffee (anymore) but always with a little bit of milk.
yeah i was wondering that too. how's it taste? i'm guessing it's for cleaning the system or something...not for the taste. you drug addict
