I've been using this for the past few days, as I had good experience with neem, and I like foaming cleansers. It doesn't seem very strong, but it seems soothing. About the company: http://www.himalayaherbals.com/aboutus/cp-begin.htm
I also just got a new foaming face cleanser from a small company here in town. It is all natural and made with honey. I've been using it for a couple weeks and my skin looks awesome. I also got aloe face cream and a beeswax night cream samples from them that I really like. I will probably buy a big jar of the face cream when I get more face wash.
I liked the tea tree one from The Body Shop. But there's no TBS here. So I'll probably buy Avene. And then stock up on TBS stuff when I'm away. I also want those glyolic acid wipes Meliai mentioned. I want to get some for my mom too, since she never buys any of this skin stuff for herself.
Sounds great! Foaming cleansers are my fave. There's a girl here that makes really good cosmetics, all natural. And she is quite well known, with all great reviews and all that. She makes cleansing oils too, you just have to describe your skin to her, so she can adapt her product to you personally. I just prefer foaming cleansers, and think oil wouldn't be enough. Maybe I should use both.
I tried cleansing oils on their own a couple times and didn't like how my skin felt after. I'm sure there is an adjustment period like with everything else but I just didn't like feeling like a grease ball. My skin feels extra clean after the foaming face wash though.
If you are close to the beach swimming a few times a week in the ocean helps skin and hair. Don't stay in too long, though I might start doing that again.
I wish I was close to a beach. I mean I am, but it's on a river and the water is never very clean and it's too cold to go swimming there 3/4 of the year.
Had no work today so I went to the beach for a swim to naturally exfoliate :daisy: Also jogged there for a bit. Such a lovely day
My all natural skincare routine: 10-15 minutes of sunshine 3x per week 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water 2-3 times per day 1 shower per day swimming in the ocean 1-2 per week change sheets/towels at least once per week limit dairy and eat more "clean" Obviously where you live and how you live will determine some of these things, so your mileage may vary this is just my personal all natural routine
You Failed To Add Does This Routine Work For You. Has It Resulted In You Being An "Adonis".........Or Still A "Bag Of Wrinkles"....???.... Cheers Glen.
I'm Sure Your Strict "Bowel Routine" Plays A Big Part In Your Overall Health And Well Being........ :toilet: ....... Cheers Glen.
You just think your soooo dam funny dont you!?!!?!!?!?!??!?!?!?! oh and something else I forgot to add, I drink about 1.5-2 liters of water per day. Honestly just doing that and a few tablespoons of acv per day you should see your face kinda clear up or sort of 'glow' more after just 3-5 days.
Ah, water. When I drink a lot of water... I do see changes in my skin. My skin is already healthy. I can go days without cleansing it, and it won't go all nasty looking on me. Also, I can go without makeup. But, drinking water just gives it a little something-seomthing. I can't explain it. However, skincare, or the lack of is really a personal choice. So, to each their own. Whatever works for that individual person. Also, I have psoriasis. It's not on my face. But, it's everywhere esle. And no amount of water cures that bad boy. So, I know sometimes things are more difficult to treat than just going natural. Granted, what I do use is a homemade psororis cream and a store bought wash that is on the natural side, but still. Thank goodness, I got that shit under control. I looked like a scaly dragon before. Okay, it wasm't that bad. I think my case of it was pretty mild to moderate. But, I know it can get really bad. And some people do have to go use some not so natural stuff, which is completely okay. Again, it's your body... you do whatever you want with it.
Maybe it's because I have more dry skin, but my skin never feels greasy after using a oil as a cleanser. Just the other day I decided to wear makeup after the longest period of not wearing it. Of course, instead of my usual brushing my teeth and hoping to bed routine, I had to wash my face due to having the makeup on. But, I was too lazy and tired. So, I just cleaned it by rubbing some coconut oil all over my face, working in sections, like my face... one section, lips... second section, eyes... third section and I wiped it off with a fleece pad. And that's it. Didn't feel greasy at all. I think the key is to wipe it off with something. At least that's what I read in my DIY books. I make my own skincare, so I have a lot of books on the subject. Of course, it could also be the oil that is being used and the person's skin type. Like I said above, skincare is really a personal choice.
Swimming dries my skin out. So, there. You're wrong. YOU'RE WRONG! Also, the sun hates me and wants to burn me alive.
It's good that you're a male that takes care of his skin. I mean if a guy wants to have rough skin, with huge blackheads and pores, that's fine. I'm just saying it's a nice touch. Get it, touch?
