Size being expressed only in terms of volume is quite vague--not enough information to convey an understanding. Theoretically, the penis could be shaped like a flat box up against the male crotch, or even like a flat octagon with rounded vertices or something like that.

I think the most relevant dimensions regarding penis size remain length AND girth. Why does it HAVE to be volume? I don't think we necessarily need to bust out the slide rule and test tubes.
