I could never figure out why some people insist on calling people by a nickname that they know someone hates. Can I still just call ya Soulless?

welp, my name is Christopher. usually just go by Chris, but i haven't been called my first name on a regular basis for a long long time....people usually just get my attention by my nicknames or just my last name...just seems so odd to use my first name now...
