The Two Towers was my favourite by far. I thought the first one was good too. The third one I found extremely disappointing.

Asking this is like asking a parent to choose their favorite child! Every one has moments that I watch in absolute awe, either from the cinematic viewpoint or because of the acting. It makes me want to track down Peter Jackson and kiss him on the mouth, and homey DON'T swing that way.

I'd have to say Return of the King is the best of the three in the film sense, because it has the best combination of drama, action, and plot development, but Fellowship of the Ring is my personal favorite, its seems to involve more magic and mysticism than the others.

Fellowship is classic, and my choice because the beginning of the story is so great. But the action in Two Towers and Return of the King is superior to Fellowship.

Since Lord of the Rings is one of the top film of Sean Bean..all I like..
Sean Bean is such a good versatile actor... he's good in everything whatever kinds of films he performed...

impossible to choose! the fellowship introduces everything so well and has a beautiful melancholic mood. the two towers allows for character development and the intorduction of some excellent characters: gollum, treebears, wormtongue, others... return of the king is, in peter jackson's words "all payoff". and such good payoff!

i think the 2nd film summed up tolkein's themes the most clearly: destruction of the environment, the corruption of ultimate power, the goodness of friendship. you really must see the extended dvd edition to fully appreciate that one. all the extended editions are excellent.

jackson is a master of his craft. his king kong remake was incredible and his earlier films are all superb. probably the best one is heavenly creatures, that film is beautiful, and it's set in my hometown!

All of the characters have their best moments within this film....historical artifacts proves this point very accurately. People sure need to get an education beyond the 2nd grade level..

Well, as we knoW, Sean Bean is the main character of this LOTR, he is also the man of the movie RONIN with Stellan Skarsgard who is the main character of the PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN...
Both the great actors are excellent and brlliant in bringing their role ib every fim they had...LOTR is just one of the achievemants example of Sean Bean...

More curious to know the Stellan Skarsgard horror film this time...
Do you love someone enough to die for them?

A serial killer is cutting an equation into the victims’ corpses: ‘wz = Cov (w.z)...’ And loved ones of the victims, who’ve been brutally tortured, are tormented and suicidal.
