I think it's because on a weekend night, you can take in a movie while going through the drive thru and still have fresh tasting food when you finally get to the window.
I don't eat fast food. The closest would be having a hot dog or hamburger at the ballpark because I didn't bring sandwiches.
I didn't eat fast food for like two years, and then had a McGriddle for the first time when I was toked the fuck out one morning. It was good then, but I get nightmares every time I eat from MacDonalds now. Wendy's is a little better but I don't really go often. In n Out tastes good, but overall very overrated place, like really don't see what the big deal is. This place L&L Hawaiian BBQ actually has some of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. I don't know if that place qualifies as fast food, it's more like a smaller franchise. KFC used to be good, but somewhere turned disgusting. Popeyes is better, but Churches has better biscuits. Taco bell breakfast is something I will never try, just sounds gross. Subway is disgusting too after hearing about what their mascot did. Maybe Dairy Queen is still good, I also like Panda Express.
White Castle, but only drive thru. I remember taking a friend who had never been and hearing her order one slider. One. Hell, I put away three or four before I even leave the parking lot. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu except their fish sandwich, that just scares me.
The mustard for their chicken rings is the best mustard I ever had...well maybe not but definitely pairs with that chicken better than any other mustard/food combo I ever had. The fish is just a small mcfillet. Or whatever they are called
The standard stuff is the same (i think). I have been to a mac on several continents but not north America... Big mac and french frites were the same everywhere. But some things on the menu differ per country it seems.
@Hotwater That pic. Halloween Whapper? Halloween Whopper causes rectal rainbow. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2015/10/08/why-black-whopper-turns-your-poop-green/73623596/
They have all sorts of crazy flavors at my local beer store. The brand that makes them aren't sold in regular grocery stores. Next time I go (almost definitely today) I will have to check the brand and see all the varieties.
