I knew jimmy was with the yardbirds before zeppelin but was not aware terry declined a spot. I am glad he did, seeds of memory, brave awakening, faith of arise, rich kid blues(!!!!), making time ... basically all of seeds of memory and superlungs -- i mean what would i have done without these songs? love the blues vibe. And most people aren't familiar with his music, except gimme some lovin, go figure Besides Zeppelin turned out great, i wonder if terry regrets it, probably not.
Yeah he's got some very classic songs. Those records wouldn't exist if he became part of the Yardbirds/Zeppelin, and Zeppelin's music wouldn't be the same either. I believe it happened exactly how it was supposed to happen. He gives off a southern blues vibe. If I didn't know any better, I'd never guess he's from England. I never even heard of him until I heard To Be Treated Right on The Devil's Rejects.

The Brian Jonestown Massacre is pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYolxiu1wxQ"]YouTube - The Brian Jonestown Massacre- The Devil May Care The guitarist for BRMC(the band in the first link I posted) used to play for The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Here's another good one from BRMC, which I imagine would be amazing while opiated: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSHC3CdyRNM&feature=related"]YouTube - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Devil's Waitin' (With Lyrics)

Do any of the musicians here like playing music while slightly toasted on opioids? I enjoy playing jazz with my fretless bass while slightly high. I usually have to play with recordings, but I recently found a new friend who drums. We don't discuss drugs, but I played with him on a moderate amount of Tramadol and it was great for endurance and creativity both.
