Monty Python's "The Holy Grail" gets it for sure.

Others would be: MST3K (the actual movie & all of their TV episodes(although they're not technically movies )), Half Baked, Airplane, Office Space

 

I can name a dozen good Russian comedies none of you would be familiar with...

but from the more familiar ones...

-Any Monty Python (with emphesis on the Holy Grail)

-Naked Gun movies

-Jim, Airplane is indeed one of the best comedies ever made

 

I laughed harder at Kirk Douglas's busboy scene in "Tough Guys" than at anything else I've ever seen. If you ever had a job where you were treated like garbage, Kirk gets even for ya in this one.

But for just lotsa laffs, even if some are silly, I'd say "My Cousin Vinny."

 

I agree. That movie is absolutely hilarious.

What about Peter Graves asking the boy those odd questions?

"Tell me billy, do you like gladiator movies? Tell me billy, ever seen a grown man naked? Tell me billy, ever been to a turkish prison?" So fucking funny!

My uncle and I say that all the time whenever we talk. We could be in the middle of a sentence and I'll say "Tell me, do you like gladiator movies?" It's so funny.

And what about where the main character is telling the storyu of his life and he's so boring that everyone that sits next to him ends up killing themselves. So funny.

there are others that i cant think of rite now. Old School would be up there if Luke Wilson wasnt such a shitty actor in that movie

Yes, all Woody Allen and Yes, Airplane are great, but me thinks the funniest of all is Afterhours. Guys, rent this - it's hilarious

 

Dumb and Dumber is quite great... I wouldn't think that I'd like it but it's pretty funny... I'd have to say though that I love Meet the Parents, I nearly peed myself laughing when I first saw it in the theatre, it's hilarious.

 

Oh God that's pretty hard to choose! I really don't know, probably something French, that no ones here would know so there's no point in telling ya!!!
