Peace, mine is spring and fall. its not to hot and is just my weather. grass grows, animals being born, etc. later the tired flower child
Winter. But ONLY when I'm in Northern Minesotta. (About 500 miles NORTH of you, Josh.) The Full moon shining on Virgin Snow is a sight to see for a Desert Rat like me! Beats the HELL out of Palm Trees and Tourists!
winter, and about the month after winter, right before summer starts. Florida summers bite ass. way too hot
My fav seasons are definately Spring and Fall. Spring because everything is turning green and the days are warming up and I know summer is coming. Then again after a long hot summer in the south and millions of tourist here I enjoy the relaxation of late fall when things quiet down and once again I get to wear me fav fuzzy sweater
Fall in Vermont has always been my favorite, especially those indian summer days and cool nights. Spending the day hiking in the most intensely colorful foliage anywhere and then the evenings around the campfire with good friends - that is bliss.
i love fall in vermont! the temperature is always just right.. but i am a sucker for snow on christmas...
I like all seasons for different reasons! I Don't really like one more than another bbuutttt I guess summer is mine because it feels more alive for some reason.
I guess it depends where I am. Generally I prefer spring and autumn. They are milder months in Southern California There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn) Music by Pete Seeger The words are adapted from The Bible, Book of Ecclesiastes To Everything (Turn, Turn, Turn) There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn) And a time for every purpose, under Heaven A time to be born, a time to die A time to plant, a time to reap A time to kill, a time to heal A time to laugh, a time to weep To Everything (Turn, Turn, Turn) There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn) And a time for every purpose, under Heaven A time to build up,a time to break down A time to dance, a time to mourn A time to cast away stones, a time to gather stones together To Everything (Turn, Turn, Turn) There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn) And a time for every purpose, under Heaven A time of love, a time of hate A time of war, a time of peace A time you may embrace, a time to refrain from embracing To Everything (Turn, Turn, Turn) There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn) And a time for every purpose, under Heaven A time to gain, a time to lose A time to rend, a time to sew A time to love, a time to hate A time for peace, I swear it's not too late Book of Ecclesiastes King James Version of the Bible Contact Webmaster@Robin's Web with questions or comments regarding this site. Autumn...followed closely by spring...I can't explain it though...but the colours have something to do with it...
Spring and fall--the time when we are experiencing rebirth and the time we use to prepare for our winters' hibernation. I am with you, DHS...I miss Vermont so much and Fall there is the best!
I like Spring. Everything is fresh and new. The long dreary cold winter is over and the world is coming to life. It's a great time. Until it gets too hot. Kathi
I love spring 'cause that gardening itch is driving me crazy by then. And I love fall 'cause I love to wear my thick socks to bed (very sexy..lol) I too miss Vt in the fall, Larry and I were back up there almost 3 years ago but it was in the summer...bummer. Blackflies galore and huge 'squiters. I had to pee while we were out driving around, stopped on the road, and he had to fan my naked butt so they would leave me alone.
I find beauty in all 4 seasons. Winter is a time to contemplate, Spring is a time to plant and see things fresh again, Summer is a time to rest and relax, Fall is crisp and has a sense of mystery. The colors of winter are whites and grays; spring colors are endless and vibrant; summer is green and yellows; fall it the earthy tones and fill my heart.
