Cool song, Ace.....Today this song was and still is my favorite for the day. My mom used to always sing it, and ask me to play it...among many other songs...but she had regrets.....many...I hope they are gone for her now.....and it is her birthday...March 20. I will honor her all day tomorrow, too....She is a big part of me.

I remember at a club once the dj spun a house remix of this...I was so geeked up but I love this song!

 

When I was a kid, I remember my dad listening to Madonna a lot, which struck me as odd because he wasn't very much into pop music. He'd mostly listen to all of the "oldies" radio stations with music from the 1950's. I find it funny that this song makes me think of my dad, it was on the radio today..

No, Borderline had nothng to do with my mom....The only thing my mom knew of Madonna besides what was in the news was one new Year's eve I made her sit and watch a 2 hour Madonna special or something, where she sang all of her songs.....I thought of Borderline for the first time in a long time just this afternoon.....
