What is up with all the kiss up threads?

there's no real harm in it. if you think someone is worthy of praise, praise them.

 

The thing I don't get though is why would anyone be a kissass.. HERE?.. I mean it's just a forum.. if people don't like you.. who cares? You don't even know them.. just leave and come back under a new username and pretend you have another personality

I wanted to know what was up with all "those threads" whatever the fuck you call them.

Since I am not into reading "whatever the fuck" you call them threads, I was curious is to why they started multiplying like god damn rabbits.

So I asked the question...that is all.

What I did not expect is a flood of PM's both agreeing with me and others calling me a prick..

It was a goddamn curious question...a random thought.

Fuck I can believe a stupid ass question of mine caused all this.

If you want to kiss ass on here by all means pucker up those lips and stick that nose right up that ass. It is cool by me.

I'd honestly prefer it if threads were full of immature bickering than people telling me how awesome I am.

Look, we all know I'm awesome. I'm like a rockstar here and you all want to be with me. I'm flattered and all. But it just doesn't create enough central conflict to keep these threads moved along.

Yes I am serious. I have caught more shit from this thread than any other dumb ass thread I have written.

And I have wrote a ton of dumb ass threads.

I stopped counting after 60 PM's. Then I started deleting the ones from people I do not know.If I was not a paid member my mailbox would have been full.

It first it was funny but this thread keeps coming back to life.

Well I actually knew I would be pissing people off with this thread when I wrote it. But I was curious as to why all those threads.

Yes I know about the spoofs...someone answered me somewhere in the madness of this thread.

I had no idea it would piss people off as bad as it did.

Must be my charming personality.

It has been an ongoing war between the people bitching about popularity contests, the people that like the popularity contests, and those of us that really don't care either way. Over 60. I could not belive it. Most of them did not even bother to comment in this thread.
