    I admit that I have a few PMs. So I tend to answer them first, as I am usually on my phone to start.
    When I put my laptop on, I then post on my watched threads.

    The one I noticed missing from the list ,is that as well as messages , I also look at who is logged on, in particular those people that I follow . Some do a disappearing act more than others lol .

    Oh my! The list is longer for an administrator.

    First I make the coffee.

    Then I look out the window.

    Then I turn on the computer, log in to the admin panel and check for spammers, trolls and other deplorables who may have signed up overnight... the mighty sword gets wielded and poof they are gone.

    I always review the statistics for the last 24 hours... usually the same amount of people online, posting, conversations, etc. If anything seems out of whack then further investigation is required. Some times there are database errors to be sorted out, usually minor glitches as this software is stable.

    Then it's reported posts. And the resulting actions needed...

    Then messages. And answers...

    Then the Weather Report!

    And if I am not already burned out I will try to do an astrology report as well.

    Why on earth I didn't think about that one is beyond me, I'm truly disapointed in myself, that's the first thing I do in the morning (often before I'm really awake)

    In Holland they have Coffee Verkeerd.

    Literally translated it means COFFEE WRONG WAY.

    The wrong way to make coffee, but it's what the Dutch love to have with a cookie.

    Half coffee, half steamed milk.

    I don't know how that is considered WRONG, but the Dutch are somewhat inscrutable.
