    When learning there is only a single question mark for asking a question in English, do people who speak Spanish as a first language experience a similar unresolved tension?

    just as btw/fyi: october 16 is national or maybe international, feral cat day.
    make friends with feral cat spirit and support spay/neuter release
    and no-kill shelters
