what is it about Justin Bieber that makes him so annoying to some people?

I hate Justin Bieber as much as the next guy, but it gets kind of annoying when people are like "he has no talent whatsoever" don't get me wrong... I hate his music... But c'mon, obviously he has some degree of talent... I guarantee the majority of the people claiming he has no talent cant sing worth shit and cant even compare to him...

Then again he is a self centered douche that makes shitty music and has the gayest most fake immature fans in the world... so fuck it

But I actually feel kinda bad for the guy, imagine if you went anywhere on the internet and always saw conversations of how much people hate you, and scrolling down on almost any youtube video and people making a mockery of your name... Sure he's filthy rich, but still... that shit would kinda suck

 

But talent is relative. Sure he might sing better than some guy in a bar.
BUT there are many much more talented amateur singers/dancers/ whatever.

What really offends me, is that its a classic example of an industry being deskilled, so that a small group of people can control it and make more money for themselves.

I mean take Cheryl Cole. ( Please *somebody*, *take* Cheryl Cole)
She mimes, THEN she goes on TV judging (semi) real singers.
Yet the industry forces her onto people as one of the biggest (cough) "stars" in Britain.

But the guy doesnt need any sympathy imo. He's got a good life. And can quit whenever he wants. But ofcourse he wont.

I've got no sympathy for Bieber. But I have lots of sympathy for the real talent that is ignored. And maybe even for people who are being denied better quality entertainers.

The other aspect of it all, that some people feel uncomfortable about, is that he could be seen as quite "feminised"..

With all the sound tech's and smoke and mirrors, If you have the money, YOU can be the next "superstar".

I grew up with motley, GNR, Ozzy and CCR. To this day, I have yet to find a band, Person etc that can match CCR.

My sister was a NKOTB, Nsync, Backstreet etc fan until the lincoln park and limp bizcut? came around. Then she was into that and "insane clown possie" and MM type of music.

Another annoying thing about Justin Beiber is that his mentor is Usher. I don't know why that annoys me so bad, but it does!

 

Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync were manufactured by Lou Pearlman who is serving a 25-year sentence for his ponzi scheme.

Pearlman is the first cousin of Art Garfunkel.

Whoever discovered Bieber should serve a 25-year sentence for launching a harassment campaign on people with good taste in music.

 

one direction is terrible. i saw a post about how 'liking one direction isn't gay!
and i think- of course its not. gay shouldn't be a synonym for bad, but to some people it is, unfortunately.

liking one direction shows how little taste you have, how little you actually listen to a song, how much you pay attention to the weird little boys (who i think some of are ACTUALLY homosexual). its not gay, its AWFUL

 

It is awful! I can't even stand to hear the name One Direction haha. I hate the Jonas Brothers, too.
