What is it about a man that turns you on?

i can agree with that statement.. but qualities i do look at -

eyes, must be deep, color is not necessarily important, but dark is good..

lips, the fuller the better, because mine aren't so full, and two thin lipped people kissing just isnt fun

hands - nothing i can describe in words really..
[.. i had a fling with this one guy, and his hands were softer than mine, which was just weird to me.. but then again, i kinda have dry, rough hands.]

hip dips (or the man V, whatever u wanna call it).. not necessary, but OH.MY.GOD. thats all im sayin


but those things arent uber-important to me.. if he can't make me laugh, or hold a conversation, he doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell.. but its mostly the way he makes me feel.. if that sparks not there, then its not gonna happen...

 

why so many dredlock lovers, it's wax & dirt in your hair. how is that sexy. Also long hair do you mean rockstar long like axel rose (in his heyday) or aston kucher (that 70's show) type? most men have short hair because it's alot more manageable. The gist i'm getting here is that you like the latin/mediterranean Lothario type or a rasta.

 

It all depends for me I find all types of men attractive. A strong jawline though is more attractive than a big round pumpkin head. LOL, but my boyfriend has a big round pumpkin head and I love him anyway! I also love guys with long hair (like surfer long not 80's hair band long), but alas, by sweetie is bald (he shaves his head). Oh well just goes to show you that looks don't mean much in my book, because he makes me laugh like no one else on this earth can!

I also love legs on a guy. It sounds silly but cyclists and hockey and soccer players have the sexiest legs.

 

I love sporty types, but not the "too cool for school" ones.

For me its their hair, style and how funny they are. I hate mean guys (bully types) and guys that think that fighting is the way.

 

It is odd to consider merely the physical side of attraction because it is so much more than that. However, since physical attraction is what this thread is about, here goes ...

A strong physical presence does it for me... tall and not slender. Whether all muscle or a bit on the chubby side doesn't matter so much as the amount of atmosphere displaced by his body. I'm a short woman in a family of tall men and throughout my life I became accustomed to having to tilt my head back in order to make eye contact with a man ... 6' seems to be the minimum. He has to be strong ... able to pick me up with one hand without difficulty. He has to be big and strong and energetic enough to slam me into a wall without effort but he has to be the sort of person who would never dream of doing so.

Expressive eyes (color doesn't matter), full lips, shaved head (if Black - I don't know too many white guys who look hot with a shaved head) and a neatly trimmed beard (once again, not on white guys - I think they look better clean shaven). Also, aside from height and breadth regarding stature, size below the belt matters a lot. I don't want to have to guess as to whether a lover is inside me or not. I know a lot of women say its not the size that matters but what a man does with what he's got but I tend to think that is something most women say because they don't want to be mean or demeaning. Obviously I would not presume to speak for all women but of the ones I've known over the years, bigger is considered better ... not freak show ... 6.5"L x 2.5"W is sort of the minimum.

More important in terms of physical attraction is how he smells and tastes. My boyfriend can come in from playing sports or working in the heat of summer and still smell nice and his mouth will taste clean regardless of what he's eaten.

I think it is different with every guy for me, but with my boyfriedn it was just the overall look, he has very defined features and there was just something about him that made me curious. After a year I am still trying to figure out what it is!

 

My favourite kind of men are the ones who are not related to me in any way. That's hot.

Kinda hard for me to say... because I've been attracted to so many different guys.
For example, my ex boyfriend was pretty much hairless- blue eyes, blonde hair- body of a swimmer, etc.

The guy who I like now has huge brown eyes, brown hair, sometimes has a moustache/gotee, and has a wildly hairy chest. Very well built too.

go figure.

I suppose what it really comes down to is personality. Guys have to have something special to get me interested. Someone who goes agains the grain and isn't afraid to be himself.
Or at least doesn't show it!

It's all in the mouth for me. The lips, the way they move them when they talk, the way they smile. Loves it.

I tend to like scrawny guys. Generally I like guys who look better clean shaven, although I prefer a bit of grungy look. I like shaggy messy hair, preferrably dark. Light eyes, too.

 

I play the piano, so playing instruments really get to me. Espiecially guitarists. I guess thats why I kove hands too. Masculine hands are really sexy...
And languages can be really hot. Some of my favorites are croatian, swedish, scottish, spanish and french.

 

Honestly, I'd have to say it's face, hair, and hands. A cute face is probably the most important physical attribute. I don't focus much on the body. Historically, I've dated really scrawny guys that I could probably beat up. I tend to like skinnier guys.

I don't say no to some nice biceps, though. I felt my friend's the other day and it was a huge turn-on.
