You need to have a talk with him and tell him about this before you have sex. It probably won't be easy, but it's better than waiting until you guys are about to do it. Tell him this doesn't change who you are or how you feel about him. This talk will be good for you because if he reacts well you know he is the right guy for you. If not, don't worry, there are lots of great guys out there who will be fine with this.
