Yeah really, it's simple. Expend more energy than you take in. It's pretty much impossible to not lose weight like that.
Yep, 'tis true. "Whatever" magazine running a spread on why you should be thin like Kate Moss and how you've got no excuse not to be! It's disgusting (All the cheerleader types with their "too good for you" attitudes). They'll get their's when it comes to childbirth though
and i don't get why everybody's so obsessed with being thin...i was really thin even before, but now i dropped 2 pounds, i feel like hell...i lack resistence, i'm tired all the time, my blood sugar always drops... being skinny isn't doing me any good
well i just looked at your pictures and i think u are very qute so dont worry be happy u dont even look over weight
and tapeworms Side Note: people have a natural body size. Take my older sister for example. She is a bigger girl, but only 5ft 8 (about, maybe a little shorter). most people would say 150-160 lbs would be a "pretty weight" for her, but she would look downright skeletal like that. And by skeletal, I mean how i look...not a whole lot of fat, and enough muscle to move gosh i hope the medicine works
haha yes, that is true, i can vouch for that but there aint nothin wrong with that.. or at least thats what i keep tellin myself.. :H
agrees and why do some societies use propaganda to tell people being fat is the way and then when a lot of people are huge, dies young and has health problems society does not care because being fat is the new black (cool in other words) *cough cough*
hurria - if I wasn't married and therefore in massive love with someone already with only eyes for her, I'd hit on you. And not as a charity case either. Scrawny chicks? No thanks. 30 lb over what society thinks is acceptable is probably perfect.
Me neither, i'm sure he doesn't really help anybody cos how can you solve big problems in 15 minutes ..
I think Rowan Atkinson (the man who plays Mr Bean) is hot *covers her mouth* i little off topic though :&
