    Gluten and sugar, purely coincidental though.. still recovering from my catholic upbringing so I'm still in rebellious mode. I like the idea though, if it were to continue past the "ending".

    Absolutely nothing. I don't buy into superstitions and the idea that to be a good person you need to suffer by giving up something you like. Religion sucks for a million reasons. Sorry folks, they made it all up.

    You don't have to give up anything.
    A lot of religious people just use the time to think about what they could do to better themselves, and work on that.
    Or just try to help others in any way.

    But yeah, it's easier to be judgmental about it all.
