Well I didnt eat much today. Just had some tea and pie. I'm trying to eat less cause Ramadan starts soon. So I'm getting used to eating less
Hmmm... I use it as a good self control training/lesson. Nothing spiritual. I dont pray or anything cause I'm not Muslim. I did it twice - when I was 12 and then when I was 16. I might do it this year too. Its pretty stupid, I know.
. Is that allot? I always worry I don't eat enough. I know I don't eat all kind of foods, but at least I am eating. I used to have trouble eating. And now I am taking fish oil. so its a start
I had carrots and fries for lunch.. some toast w/ butter at some point in the afternoon.. and plain noodles w/ butter for dinner. I hate too much..
ewwww.... vegemite... thus far today i've ate... a HUGE homemade smoothie consisting of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, baby spinach, bananas (all frozen) with yogurt and rice milk and two pieces of peanut butter toast.... and i'm sipping on some coffee right now.
In the morning I had half of a kid's bowl of GoLean Crunch cereal with 2% Milk. I usually like Kashi products, but I dont really like that cereal. For lunch I had a wrap with avocado, mozzarella,tomatoes with pepper, lime and olive oil. I also ate a vanilla yogurt with banana nut granola For dinner I had two slices of pizza with green peppers and a glass of coke.
