what has boredom made you do?

now i'm not sure if i am alone in this, but when there is abosolutely nothing that engages my intrest, i get really really bored, and as a result done really stupid things.

now i wanna see if anyone else has done stupid things because they wanted to alleiviate the boredom, it can be a stupid or as ridiculous, just make sure its true.

i'll go first just to get things rolling.

on one occasion i sewed my fingertips together
another i covered my hand in blue tac
i covered my hand in liquid latex (you all know how fun it is to peel pva off your skin, latex is so much cooler )
i sniffed a flame because i wondered if the smell of butane changed after it was burnt
and i cut my eyebrow hair off with scissors

ok thats a few for you, lets see if anyone else done something stupid

 

I often talk to myself and make silly noises. If I stop to think about it, I conclude I'm probably going mad, but generally I don't think about it....

 

I sometimes lie in the middle of the floor looking up to the ceiling and try to imagine that I'm actually lying on the ceiling looking down at the floor.

 

I stapled my finger...... glued my fingers put my hand on a light thatd been on for about 20 hours straight + was a halogen light... the pain

 

I jumped off my neighbors garage and sprained my ankle.

 

Pfft lightweight! jumping out of trees!

 

Boredom Leads me to browsing Curiosities Online and Thinking to myself...

How I will Never Look at a Snake Owner the Same Way Again...

 

Boredom makes me wonder who mudpuddle was on the old forums....

 

Boredom makes me Forget Who I was on the Old Forums...

 

Boredom makes me think of ways to make you remember....

also I once wanted to see if I could get around the whole house without touching the floor and actually done it, even got up the stairs but as I reached the top the banister came away from the wall carried on doing my journey though, kinda cheated when I had to throw a towel on the floor and stand on that

when im bored i surf the web

 

dood you must be seriously bored. I come to hip forums so that I can be bored crazy by you people and then I go and do another slice of real life. I only surf the web and come here when I need to remind myself that other people live far more loserish lives than i do

Boredom just bores me, but on one mad occasion I did set fire to my black wool tights to see what would happen......yeah, they went up like a mutha fucker Now when I'm bored I just log-on here and see what all you crazy shits have been up to (there's no way of getting bored then).

 

hm boredom today has made me chain smoke like a whore - if i wasnt so tired i wouldnt be so bored but i am. havent got enough awake energy to do anything remotely constuctive so have generally smoked, peed and drunk tea all day, with exception for the driving lesson i was probably too tired to have gone on.

usually if im bored i knit/doodle/waste much time online.

 

well not bad, a couple of odd things out there, surfing the web and smoking not one of them, unless you were smoking random leaves you found in the woods, or surfing the web for a purple blamonge eating pumpkin or the like, but good oddities non the less, at least i now know i'm not along in the stupid boredom antics

 

I carried my dog around the house once to show her whats on top of all the tabletops that she cant see.

 

I have eaten dandelions
Juped into a huge bramble bush....Twice
doodled
gaffertaped my hands together (with a little help from my friends)
Went insane during a game of jenga
Dangled of a tall tree from my legs..... ect ect
