no, not yet anyway. you can name your horse in single player, and the super sensitive vulgarity meter is fully in effect there too.

Hm no clue what my offline horse was called. Since im only messing in there atm I'm riding a stolen unnamed horse.
I noticed online some players get more creative because of it, as well as picking the classics of course. Pretty sure i saw two different horses named butternuts :-D

Do you ever multiplay or play online, Undies? I didn't for the longest time (the N64 a decade or more ago being an exception), only started on current console. When I got it gta5 was still the shit, which friends played fanatically online but I really only started good with SW Battlefront (first one extensively and now 2) and Red dead 2. Those are the only 3 but i play(ed) them a lot :D Almost as fun as an excellent singleplayer storymode imo

no, i generally don't. back in college we used to have dorm-wide halo matches, which i guess was kind of a precursor to online play. and at one point several years ago a friend of mine got me into playing LOTRO for a few months. but that's really the extent of it.

i know i have no interest in doing it with a lot of games. like the first person shooter online play that has gotten so huge has no appeal to me. but a few games, like gta5 and rdr2 do look interesting, and i keep meaning to give it a try but then i just never get around to it.

Yeah, same. In general. I don't mind a good shooter with a good war setting with a few friends though. Which is why I got Battlefield 1 (set in WW1 for a change) once for cheap but none of my friends followed and other games had priority :p Star wars Battlefront is of course the same concept (you can switch between fp or 3rd person view).
It might still not be your thing but i had a similar view on it as you and find it more entertaining than i thought i would. But... without some fun posse members i would probably have moved on to another game by now. Even though i play without them half of the time, they are what makes certain stuff extra fun.

I'm iffy with online play. If the single player modes are decent anyway then I won't bother.

I onky do racing online because racing against real people is a lot more better than AI control cars and the WW2 game post scriptum since it's highly team influenced you just couldn't play single player if it was an option.

I've never even played madden online once. Seems like full of exploitation to me, you don't have to be the best player if you know how to exploit the game.

I just got drugged and robbed from a inbred Hick in the swamps. And maybe raped too. So I went back to him and he ran away and I cracked him on the back of the head with my shotgun then I tied him up hollering hate at me and I went found an alligator to feed him to. :)

I should have blown his knee caps out first.

I kind of do like fighting the Cajun swamp people. They come at me with a knife and I just blow them to pieces lol.

Nah, I like simulations when it comes to racing. That's why I do iracing, It's realistic to a point even real drivers need to use is to practice on, so I enjoy racing real life drivers. :) beaten a few too.

I can appreciate a good online/multiplay racing game as well, but there also: mainly with some people i know.

Visit the Aberdeen pig farm if you haven't already. Greatest dinner ever!

OK I clearly suck at robbing trains. What's the secret? I waited for it to leave, got 11$ from 3 ppl and then I was swarmed?

I've been wandering around all morning for few hours now just checking out and abandoned building I find. I found a coal mining city and a shipyard city port. I had to help out a circus freak family, they gave me tickets to their show. No Thx.

I'm still searching for the jack hall gang treasure up and down every river I can find looking for the island with a tree. I ended up cheating and googled it lol, but tbh I would have been there sooner or later anyway.. Maybe cause I wanted to check out the Indian grounds anyway.

It would be good if the game loaded back on characters that lived in dwellings ive now shot to bits but they always appear empty when I go back to them.

I got two gold bars from the treasure.

Where do you sell your gold again in singleplayer? I totally forgot... In online you just spend it on special stuff

Apparently, you sell it at a "fence" :p

I also found out you can get hunting ammo which makes hunting more fun with a rifle.

Do you guys want to join my bluegrass Red Dead band? :p

I reckon you could literally write... several albums just based on the random shit you do in the game. :tearsofjoy:
Like I still think one of my fav Blaze ya dead Homie songs, Saturday Afternoon, was written while he was high playing grand theft auto.

Well we blew out the jail cell in Strawberry last night
Yeah we blew away half the town too
East of the Montana Range we're getting ready for a fight
Gonna see what them O'Driscoll boys can do
Now we've trouble bustin' in from out of state
And to the South our posse must leave
Gonna be a rumble out in Rhodes late tonight
As the Lemoyne Raiders hang on by the skin of their teeth

well you must have had some idea about it, the first couple hours of the game were up there...

there's stuff to do there, but it's not as obvious as elsewhere. the best free horse is up there, there's some unique plants, one or two legendary animals and fish, at least one unique crafting item, at least one treasure location, that weird map that you find on top of a mountain and nobody on the internet has figured out yet as of whenever i discovered it earlier this year. and one of the gunslinger targets. i don't think any missions really start up there after the first chapter though.
