I once was not even that bad at pool. But once I really stopped playing it regularly I got terrible bad at it every rare time I tried. Like almost dangerously bad :-D
I just finished Rise of the Tomb Raider and picked up Far Cry Primal again. On a side note; I like GameStop's (a game store) return policy for previously owned games. They let you return them after 7 days for any reason. I play around for seven days then I get to use the money for something else. Of course then I don't have a game. In this case I returned a game, Tomb Raider, and bought a game that cost about $17 less. I was happy about that... I'm glad to be back in the land of Oros (fictional land from Far Cry Primal) and hope to finish the game within the next 7 days!
The only thing I remember about that movie was that I had to put on closed caption because I couldn't understand half of what they were saying.
Yeah lol. I had no idea what the first guy was saying lol. Typical pub pool players though, always stroking at 100% full throttle. and none of them had a shot lined up correctly though and the last shot on the eight, fuck was he putting backspin on it for? he just need to clip the left side of it, cue ball will always contact off at 45° angle, he just needed to tap it in. Tap it in. if anyone put a cue through my felt... I'd be extremely unhappy about it. I go out to comps a lot now and I just cringe when I see a drink near a table or people reaching into pockets with their hands etc. and like yesterday someone put a money tin on the table while I was racking... He was big scary biker looking so I didn't say anything, but in my head I was saying "dude, yo should be lined up and shot for that, have some fucking respect for the felt! Ya coont!"
Totally right - I did not get it either, strong accent maaaaaaan - but one of the funniest movies ever, quite hard on the edge.
That might be the dirtiest but not what I meant. I meant against a person. Like yo momma type ofense.
I drove to a decent 7th place finish in a sim race on Friday. I started 25th, for the first 100 miles I couldn't crack the top 20. I keep working on my setup, trying to get the car rotating in exit. I cracked the top 20. Top 15 and into the top 3 by 300 miles with some good adjustments. I think the other cars strategies were two tires, for on our last stop they got the better of me and I fell back to 7th at the duration of 400 miles. This was all in one sitting too which lucky I had a warm bath before hand. I was happy with 7th at a track I never do well at, definitely wasn't going to risk a crash fighting for 6th.
I haven't played anything for a few weeks but I'm currently downloading Madden 17. I read that if I purchase a lousy EA access pass, that I could pre order the download and play the game before release date if you had an xbone. So that's what I'm doing. Downloading it. Slow process. I could download 25gigs worth of stuff in a few mins but for whatever reason, my xbone will take about 6 hoursat this rate, maybe more.
I'm playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the PS1, I'm now on the Inverted Castle part. And because I played that game, I'm also going to play Super Metroid for the SNES. What can I say? They're awesome games that still hold up to this day. To me, they'll never get old.
just started dragon age inquisition, not sure how i feel about it yet. i like the collecting aspect, getting around the mountains is a pain in the ass though. have yet to learn how to craft anything yet and only have one sword merchant to dump my unusable shit too. so hopefully i find some cities soon.
got 20 hours in....not really because i often go have dinner, take a shower, call my mom, run to the store. ect. while game is paused. but anyway i got quite a few missions done. then it froze, while loading from a cut-scene, shut down restart and when i click continue it would always freeze before a picture is shown. figure i will start a new game then load from an older save spot....oops, should have tried that last because when you start a new game it deletes all your old saves. so now i have to start all over again. if it happens again i am returning the disc.
I doubt this is the right place for this, but I did a board game exchange recently and got a couple of new games so I played exploding kittens today with my roommates!
Bethesda games are notorious for problems like that. If the games weren't so good I don't think anyone would put up with that crap.
