Same here. But... i thought battlefront was only online/just multiplay? How's that game so far? (as im considering getting it, but no single play and 'only' 12 maps. Not sure its worth full price)
They gave that a impression but there are several solo or team split screen missions. There is just no campaign. I would not recommend the game to any non star wars fans. I love it but there are several annoying flaws. The biggest solo flaw is your teammates seem to avoid the tokens you need to in a game. Online the biggest problem is you get weapon advantages to playing more/better. So that will chase away some and make matches uneven for people that don't play everyday. More maps to come. Next 2 are free.
im torn with battlefront, love the way it looks and love the sound...the aiming kinda sucks...12 maps to start isnt HORRIBLE, but its nothing to write home to mom about...ive seen some reviewers give it a 5/10 for some of those reasons as well as the price...$60 is a little much for what you get, not to mention the $60 fucking season pass...just not interested right now...not worth the money...
I have been playing some "HyperRouge" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mO7hJW-fpBI You can buy it on Steam, itch.io, or Google Play. This game is pretty fun and cool looking. Simple game to play on a complex generated world. The game is fundamentally build on a hyperbolic plane. Fun stuff. It's open source, so u can mod it, change it however u like or even contribute in making it better. HyperRouge official dev Homepage: http://www.roguetemple.com/z/hyper/ I have also been playing "Homewold2", "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" and some "Magic the Gathering" card and games such as "Magic the Gathering Planewalker 2013" and so on.
I have the same feelings about Battlefront guys. I am sure I would love several things of it. And I would like this game more than if it would be the same kind of scifi shooter but not in a Star wars theme. It's the setting of the movies that I like so much and how well they executed it of course that makes this game appeal to me a lot. But just like Jerry I am doubting if it is worth the full price at this time. How long does it stay fun. That the team members don't go for the tokens that make you win a game sounds annoying enough too of course, but you can hardly blame the game for that edit: didn't start up any game last couple of days, quite a shame because I have a couple of real good ones laying around. But alas, I don't feel like playing every day. However, I am lookin forward to emerge myself deeper in radioactive Boston and surroundings tonight :-D
Such a contrast with the beginning and after he comes out of his shelter Both great. You will love it I'm sure! Are you gonna be a man or a woman? :-D Saw another forummer proclaiming he's still busy with Fallout 3. I take it that's out of enjoyment So really considering getting that one too. Ideally I would have started that long before 4 of course... Mainly graphic wise, I understand it doesn't matter a lot story wise. I always get spoiled with improved graphics and gameplay, feel more reluctant after playing the newest to start with older ones (who potentially can be at least as fun)...
One of the most significant moments from Fallout 3 was emerging from the vault for the first time and seeing that wasteland come into focus. I am hoping 4 captures that moment again. I always choose a female character when given the choice. I would recommend playing Fallout 3. I am sure Fallout 4 improves on everything within Fallout 3, so it's hard to say you will enjoy it since you will be taking a step backwards. It can be found very cheaply I am certain.
Yeps, that never hurts :-D I just take more notice of 3 now then I ever did before and I also hear it from lots of people that that one (and/or New vegas, some have a strong preference it seems!) are not to be missed if you like this kind of game. So since I have been the most excited and spend most time on games like Skyrim (very different setting but same kind of game I hear) I feel I am not doing myself a favor
Definately try 3, Do you have steam? During a sale, you can typically purchase it for $5 or less, same with New Vegas.
No I hardly knew what Steam is (checked it out because I heard other gamers talk about it so often) I figured out it is mainly for pc. I don't install and play any games on my pc. But I don't mind spending around 10 (euros in my case) on a good game from a few years ago. I would have to get it for the 360.
I have actually stopped playing; or at least, I've stopped playing as much. But I was working not-so-diligently at Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. It isn't that bad I guess. I was more impressed with Final Fantasy XIII though; and of course Final Fantasy XI was the first FF game to go MMO RPG.
If I can accept (and still be impressed by) the original Skyrim graphics on the 360 I think it should be the same with Fallout 3 (besides, these games have of course much more to offer than just an impressive looking world). Pc mods seemed to improve the game a lot for pc gamers but I couldn't be bothered by the lack of such mods on the 360.
fired up the old gamecube last night for the first time since my nephews were little kids played some 007 goldeneye rogue agent
i have other games but dont remember them all at this momment rogue agent was the one i played the most often
I also played some Bond games around that time when the gamecube was big, but not Rogue agent. There has been quite a list of releases after Bond: Goldeneye. Some were quite fun at the time, I could try most of them since I could play copied games on the first xbox then (a luxury in the end not spend well on me. Didn't play half the games I got copied for it)
