I kissed a girl during a recession...back in KINDERGARTEN. I even kicked mud on her dress...she told on me
from joe biden, “Mark my words,” Mr. Biden warned at the Seattle fund-raiser, according to reports from network producers traveling with him, “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember, I said it standing here, if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.” then colin powell says , "theres going to be a crisis come along the twenty first or twenty second of january that we dont even know about right now".(WTF does that mean?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LDBOPcHpeo (2:40 into the video) i read today that madeline albright, the PM of australia, france and the UK have all came out and agreed that these comments are accurate. they are warning us to prepare folks.. dont miss the opportunity..
I was unaware of Collin Powell's comment but heard Biden's. I knew he said within 6 months. I knew he endorsed Obama though. But I was too busy being at a wedding to hear the details
i would recommend getting ready for the worst thing you can imagine.. they know FAR more than there telling to come out with a exact date and they have given us 90 days to prepare. 9/11 they gave us 4 days or so.. im just sayin...
n00kz I'm going to be a walking radioactive zombie for 3 days, and then kiel. pass on to the Gaian matrix, infected.
I wish life had intercessions. Everybody drops what they're doing and goes out for a wee and a cold drink.
I'll assume that the recession won't make the Grand Canyon disappear...even if americans can't afford a vacation or want to pay gas prices to travel here, there is always tour buses full of Asian guests everyday. But I'll assume the job market isn't to great in Michigan, Wisconsin or in the Carolinas because lots of people from those areas are applying for jobs here now.
A recession is a contraction phase of the business cycle. The U.S. based National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) defines a recession more broadly as "a significant decline in economic activity spread across the economy, lasting more than a few months, normally visible in real GDP, real income, employment, industrial production, and wholesale-retail sales."[1] A sustained recession may become a depression. Its when the economy does not do what Americans count on it to do.....constantly expand That stuff with calling out the dates is just plain bizarre. Even if they know why say?
a recession is some serious bullshit where my money is suddenly worth a LOT less than it was only three months ago, hell, only two weeks ago, and with prospects of another serious drop I'm considering cashing out all my shit from the bank so I won't lose any more on goddamn international exchange rates. I'm talking about a 20-25% drop in value of my money here. I am very unimpressed.
I just watched this supposed explanation about what is going on, in "economic terms"... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7688308.stm .. and I got lost in the first 30 seconds.
Now Frankie Boyle, stake on it I did understand  http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/entert...nking-on-a-5bn-bingo-bail-out-86908-20837133/
The text book definition of a recession is economy contraction and negative or declining GDP growth. Less money, Less spending = contraction/recession.. Theoretically that should increase the value of the US dollar, because there is high demand for money and shortage of supply..Which in turn made the fed pump a lot of money in the system..and that might backfire in soaring inflation rates later on if they weren't careful with it.
Strictly speaking its real GDP contracting for 2 quarters in a a row. However , that is ok for economists but failure unhelpful in the "real economy".. I think Napoleon said sthg like "give me a powerful , strong economy and the economists could turn it to dust , overnight".
LOL.Its ok , I'm q secretive too. I know some of the Valleys well. Cardiff seems to have had a boom in some ways. But alot of Wales seems to have trailed behind.
