All that are hungry can eat. The silverware is always available. They're meant to be both, but that any exchange is impossible if there is no exchange at all. It's available to all. I was inferring how some had invested interest in disproving Christianity for the sake of Islamic faith. I personally believe that both the spiritual and intellectual aspects of Christianity are important if we are to discern if it is the truth. Sure Sounds good to me
Well, thanks for answering that, even though it doesn't answer any of the questions I actually asked.
I was wondering that myself I typed it up in google and all I got was a thread about eating with a stuffy nose
Unless you present your answers in the form of unverifiable quotes from a holy book that you've grossly misinterpreted to suit you and then littered them with emoticons, I don't think you're speaking his language.
And this from someone that says I don't answer questions, I answer your questions, even though you don't seem to be seeking answers. Have I accidentally discovered a difference between Muslims and Christians, Christians are willing to discuss and answer questions about their faith but Muslims are not?
accidentally ? there's difference between Muslims and Christians for sure, just as there's difference between Jews and Christians. its the differences in humans, generally, which is a blessing from God .... Al-Room And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. Verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge. (22) ....did i read, somewhere in the Bible, about the curse of God for the many languages of the world ?
Still not answering the questions I see. In case you have forgotten the OP, here I'll re-post it for you; I am not a Muslim but was wondering what answers Islam gives to these questions: Who is God? Does God have a proper name? What are God's qualities? Why do we grow old and die? Where are the dead? Who is Christ Jesus? Are there wicked spirits? If so what is the origin of Satan? Why Has God Permitted Wickedness Until Our Day?
how about this ...you do the research (its easy), and if you find contradictions/inconsistencies ..put them questions and i will respond, with quotes from the Quran or Sunnah (not history books ..even if they're "inspired"! - see that's what those 'according tos' are, history books/tabloidy version)
