Sometimes I eat a hard boiled egg, or a veggie burger with a fried egg.

The last two days, I have been making Whey protein shakes with water, 1 scoop of whey, a banana and a table spoon of almond butter.

I always find it hard to think up tasty and healthy breakfast items. I get bored very easily (thanks, ADD) and sometimes I like to eat leftover supper for breakfast.

Eating healthy can be a challenge for me sometimes, because I LOVE foods SO MUCH. It gets easier this time of year though, when people start heading to the beach, the sum comes out early and stays out late, and you can start feeling summer right around the corner.

I ALWAYS start my day with a cup of tea. If I don't have my tea, I don't really wake up fully.

I haven't had a bagel in what seems like forever. I love Everything bagels from Tim Hortons. Toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, and swiss cheese. Mmmmmm so good.

Are you not a big food eater??? How many calories a day do you usually consume? Or are you just not a big breakfast eater??

I love ham, but it is so high in salt that I don't eat it much.

lots of black coffee and a banana or apple on workdays. On weekends ill make pancakes, sausage, eggs if I'm feeling energetic. A lot of times I too end up heating up leftovers for breakfast.

I gotta have my breakfast. Kickstart my metabolism with some fewdz and my energy with some tea. Most of the time I make something quick like toaster waffles w applesauce or toast w butter and cinnamon (tho I'm not a fan of butter) or I'll make a bowl of cereal w blueberry kefir. If I have ample time I make beer brats and an omellette w waffles lol. I used to put a bunch of jelly on my waffles, but that was too much sugar. Every now n then I'll go w butter and maple syrup. I love my morning waffles :D

I usually eat around 2,000-2,500 calories.

I'm just not a big breakfast fan

Oh, toast! I haven't had toast or hashbrowns in forever. Oh, how I'd love a piece of toast right now.

Nothing for breakfast, nothing for lunch. One meal a day (most of the time) works for me. Sometimes I realize I haven't eaten in 2 or 3 days.
    Doesn't seem to bother me.

"Oh, you're here! Let me make you some sandwiches." --Granny from Beerfest?

I haven't had toast for a while either come to think of it. I'm always eating waffles lol. I'm horrible at making hashbrowns.

I usually eat 2 meals a day... but that's crazy. Unless you're fasting. Doesn't sound too good for your health unless you get calories to burn elsewhere?

The trick with hashbrowns is to get the oil in the pan really hot first!!!

I usually end up either using too much oil or don't get it hot enough, so it just soaks into the potatoes lol. I should buy some and try my luck again.

It's black coffee for me too. Can't function well enough that early without it! I usually eat brunch/ elevenses, and skip lunch, so breakfast/lunch for me between 11 and 12.

You definitely should! Once you've mastered the art of hashbrowns, your breakfasts will never be the same.
