what do you think of john lennon's experimental albums

so what do you think of his first solo albums such as two virgins and life with the lions which personally i think weird but Ive never listen to the full thing also i find it brave of them to go naked and but it on an album i don't think anybody has done that yet .


also if you heard any other experimental hippie music ?

 

Have you heard George Harrison's "Wonderwall Music"?

 

It think it's a stretch to call it "music". There are some interesting sounds there, but music is, well, musical. And that's not.

I applaud Lennon and anyone else who tries to expand boundaries. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You have to wonder if those two albums had been made by anyone besides an ex-Beatle, would anyone even be talking about them today?
