I was wondering, all you foot fanciers of the world, do you prefer the sole of a bare foot, or the top? I think I'm very much a sole person.... I look at my own feet.. and hate looking at the top (my big toe is shorter than the next one, and they look a bit weird)... but i love the soles of my feet.. What about you? for both your own, and others, feet?
I love soles, but I think I like the tops of feet better. Specially when the toes are perfect, and nails are painted.
Hmmm... I prefer the tops visually, but when I go barefoot, I do get disappointed if my own soles don't get dirty. I've gone out of my way to make sure they get dirty somewhere, because I like the way it looks. Sign of a true barefooter and not just someone who casually removed their shoes. I also like jewelry. I'm weird for a straight guy (I'm in L.A., remember..) because I wear 4 to 5 toe rings and anywhere from 1 to 3 anklets on any given day. I think plain old bare feet are boring. One of these days I'll take a picture.
Ohhh, this is a really tough choice. I'm a real foot guy, "fetishist" and all, and I think I am fondest of nice pink soles. They are the epitome of what a bare foot is all about, to me, and that's where the really cool texture of the skin is most exemplified. On the other hand, I realllly like toes. Soles aside, even if the sole is very nice, it's the toes that make-or-break a pair of feet, to me. I get quite picky about what toes are attractive, and what toes are just plain undesirable. Amanda, it sure would be nice if we could see pics of your feet and let you know how cute they might be. If it means anything to you, there is nothing wrong with having big toes that are shorter than your second toes. Actually, that can be really sexy! -Jeffrey
I'll have to agree with Jeffrey. I love soles, really love soles. But nothing sets me off more with a nice set of sexy toes!!
A bit of an update to my own preference... While I prefer the soles of my own feet, I've decided that when looking at other barefooted people (such as walking across some grass or sand or something), most of the time, all you can see is the top of their feet... which I think always looks nice... but then, this only works if they have nice feet... hhhmmmm.... *thinks* OK.. I think I like almost everyones soles, regardless of who you are and what you do, if you take good care of your feet, then your soles always look good... as for the top of peoples feet, they have to have nice feet for me to like them as much. (perfect little toes, correct sizes and proportions, etc.) (PS, this goes for both male and female feet, I like both).
there's a book called "cats cradle" and in this they have this really romantic (i think) ritual where two people sit opposite eachother and their soles 'interact' with eachother, it's pretty cool i like bare feet, and toes, but only a certain ten. not mine! i think people should barefoot more, when it's practical anyway, it's very attractive
Hi Amanda! Well, I like when pretty girls go barefoot outdoors. My favourite part of their feet are their soles and arches. I like a girl with dirty soles, especially if her soles are somewhat tough... that's the true sign of a barefooter girl! Regards DG
Well, since we can't have tops of feet without the bottoms, I like them both equally. Visually as well, there's something special about both soles and toes...I'm actually one who also likes to see the many tendons and muscles behind the toes. If I see a woman with nicely shaped, strong looking feet, (but not all veiny and with all the muscles, ligaments and whatnot sticking up) that to me is perfection.
I'm definitely a sole man. There's nothing I like more than seeing bare feet with slightly dirty soles...heaven! :X
Visually, I'm mostly a tops guy (about 85% so). But the soles are what are really nice and sensitive and produce that incredibly sensual and relaxing feeling when touched just the right way....
I prefer nice tan tops and dirty soles. If the tops and sides are dirty, all the better! Shows she's a true barefooter. Ankle bracelets and toe rings accentuate the feet.
