    ... post roll.

What are you favourite supplements to take after MDMA use?

I am eating well, and getting good exercise. I know that supplements alone may not help that much I would just like to know what are your favourite supplements to take in order to further aid your recovery? (even if only a placebo)

    Many Thanks.

Lots of mixed non-acity fruits and carbs! Within the first 24hrs of my roll.

5htp to replenish serotonin. someone told me that eating fish and chicken was good, and i imagine that turkey would probably be good to since it has tryptophan which your brain converts to serotonin.

5-HTP does help but the main issue post MDMA is the desensitization of the serotonin receptor and all that fixes that is time. So the 5-htp can help the body to make serotonin but maybe that serotonin has no place to go. So I would not say you need 5-htp beyond a few days after a roll. Long term it can also somewhat cause the body to stop producing its own serotonin because it's getting all of it from the 5-htp. People who take anti-depressants also sometimes get this problem for the same reason.

Trytophan is a good long term thing to keep serotonin up though. Green tea, fish oil, and vitamin C can also be good for this. Magnesium in the diet could be good. It has been known to help repair brain damage done from meth and MDMA is also an amphetamine. Although its effects are known to be safer then meth the two drugs are working on similar areas of the brain. And magnesium on its own has allot of health benefits.

A good supplement is piracetam. On its own some even find it a mild high. It has been known to bring back the "magic" of MDMA for some people but some also say it kills the MDMA high. Its over the counter but has been shown to repair brain damage from alcoholism or Alzheimers. Its still not something I would take every day for a long time like a vitamin. A few weeks after MDMA use max. It looses its effect after that time anyway. In my opinion it is best like that.
