What Do You Have In Your Makeup Inventory?

My custom lipsticks are finished and on their way to me! I needed to say it somewhere since I'm excited like a little kid right now!

Daaamn, how much did that cost you

 

Not nearly as much as you would think! I found an indie shop on etsy that does them and it came highly recommended from several people. In Canadian dollars I spent less than 60$ and got those 2 custom ones, another lipstick and 2 tubs of all natural deodorant. Dr Brandt first time trying this product and it is alright. I wanted to try it because it contains algae. I found one that clinque makes that I like better Clinque smart custom repair.


I love the mario badescu products... the enzyme cleanser is awesome and i love all their products... well worth checking out.


I love makeup even though I dont wear it everyday, i wear only on occasion. I do cleanse and moisturize everyday.

 

What exactly is that NAKED brand thingy? I saw one just like that for sale on a local bidding wars site, but I didn't bid because I had no idea what it was!!!

On another note, I need to go through my makeup and organize it, and toss some stuff that I don't use.

I also want to start lining my lips - so I am going to go shopping for lip liner in the next few days.

 

It's the urban decay naked palettes. They have like 3 big ones and a couple mini naked basics palettes now I think. They are all neutral coloured palettes. I like urban decay, but I hate neutrals, so I never bothered with them.

 

Oh, good to know. I like neutrals. They are good for daytime makeup....

 

I guess hate was a strong word. I just normally go for bright things. I have the urban decay electric palette!

 

I like bright makeup too, but it isn't always appropriate...

When my hair was half hot pink and half orange, I wore bright orange eye shadow a lot.

 

I noticed in the urban decay theodora and glinda palettes which were a mix of neutral and bright colors that I leaned towards the neutrals.

A new palette alice in wonderland full of vibrant colors is being released in may sometime.....

 

I saw swatches of the new alice in Wonderland palette and I'm not very impressed. A lot of the brighter colours looked like they apply kind of chalky. Normally the quality of urban decay stuff is better than that.

 

These are pictures of my makeup inventory. Now, keep in mind I don't wear makeup. I just play with it like a little kid. So, if you want to scold me, fine. But, please be gentle. I already feel bad. Though, I used to do makeup for kids, like if they needed to be a fairy I'll do their makeup. i can't play with latex though. I'm allergic. But, I've always wanted to do costume makeup, like make someone look like a zombie. Anyways. I don't work with kids anymore. So....
