I don't have anal sex daily by any means but I've had my fair share. I wouldn't say it feels a lot different other than it's more enjoyable then when I first started and easier to do.

 

I was a bi make for 16 or so years and i need to check for leakage periodically. I think its because when you use the bathroom, your muscles are tense. As i relax, my muscles drop a bit. I concur. - tho I'm far less in numbers, but it is a muscle and properly exercised, will keep it's tone. Kegels, although essentially designed for urinary and pelvic floor muscles, also seem to do the job with the rear end as well.
