I alternate between a bagel and 3 or 4 eggs and a piece of fruit, and a bowl of protein cereal with 2 egg/milk/fruit smoothie. On weekends if I'm hungover I'll usually have a big breakfast with bacon and French toast and hashbrowns.
Always two cups of coffee. I have medication to take in the morning so eating can not happen for a few hours and by then I usually wait until lunch. I do drink 3 bottles of water in between the coffee, pills and lunch time. I would do better with having brunch but I find that does not happen unless it is the weekend.
Human liver, Chianti, Fava beans. Here, usually a rice bowl with some chili, onions, celery, and beef. It's .75 cents and literally on a table set up right before work. Back in the States, it's usually a couple cooked and stored hard boiled eggs with some horseradish sauce, and a little oatmeal. It's a ten minute breakfast to prepare and eat. On the weekends I always pigged out on breakfast. Bacon, eggs, beans, toast. Maybe some fruit.
Oh, that freaks me out man. It depends how i'm feeling. Usually just coffee and toast with peanut butter. If i'm in a hurry a banana and coffee.
if i have to work, a couple granola bars. if i'm off, i just wait until about 10 and eat an early lunch instead.
bagels with cream cheese toast with butter cereal - wheaties, corn flakes, chocolate pebbles, rice krispies, fruity pebbles, honey bunches of oats. eggs and bacon on a biscuit or english muffin blue berry muffins english muffin with butter donuts with milk go to a fast food place and get sausage egg sandwich yogurt and granola bar nothing at all or I wake up late and just eat regular lunch stuff the thing I end up eating the most when in a rush is toast with butter and a glass of orange juice. I never get tired of bread. I eat a lot. I will end up eating a lot of whatever I choose. I usually eat like 6 pieces of toast or 3 bowls of cereal. and I can eat really fast. I make my sisters mad because they say I eat way to fast.
noodles and broth is what i have most often, usually with some kind of meat in it. there is no fixed menu though. anything i might eat at any other time i might as likely as not eat for my first meal of my awake cycle, which could be at any time of day too. most so called breakfast foods do NOT agree with my body for being the first things to eat. so things like coffee, hot or cold cereals and anything fried, like bacon, are among the LEAST likely to be consumed by me as a first meal. though i may sometimes eat one of them, along with other things at other meals at other times. supposedly so called breakfast foods are about being quick and easy, or so i've been told. well besides being easier on my stomic, hamburger (or turkeyburger) and noodles, is just as quick and easy as any of them, if not more so. coffee is something i sometimes enjoy later on in the day, as a desert. though days and sometimes weeks may go by without it and without missing it.
Fruit and yoghurt usually, or sometimes porridge with fruit. If it's 5am then nothing but coffee on the train.
