i usually have a banana for breakfast and a salad made of kale, mushrooms, olive oil and acv and parmesan cheese with dinner
for lunch at work for the last 6 and a half years: a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mustard. i usually have peanuts and raisins as well. and a banana, orange or apple. but the sandwich is my staple.
Never really gave it any thought but the one thing I eat everyday (or at least every 6 out of 7) is a banana. Hotwater
His spiel is weak on science and the dudes a flim flam artist playing on paranoia and the publics general lack of scientific education. I had a brilliant rebuttal all typed out, but I went to backspace my cursor and the fuckin' site sent me back three pages and I lost the whole damn thing. Grrr.... I'll try again later if I think of it
not really. i try to get different things and different kinds of things every time i shop. and what i have in the house is most of what i eat. i do eat more things that require little or no preperation, then i would and did when i was living alone. pasta of some kind, often frozen that can be micro-waved, is fairly common, but even that is not every day. i do cook more in the micro-wave then on top of the stove. i'm not sure when i started that. less then a year ago i'm sure. while i do most of my cooking in the micro-wave, most of my meals don't come out of one package. most do include some kind of vegies and some kind of meat. many include nothing else. i do get another gallon of 2% milk every time i use one up. and i keep the 72 cup size container of powdered chocklet on hand. and there are several of the least expensive things at trader joe's i get almost every time i go there, about once or twice a month. there's a longish list of things i try to keep a supply of, but no single one of them i eat every day. not even eggs nor coffee nor baked goods. well i almost never have eggs and then never for breakfast. i like hamburger and noodles to start my day, but its not even more then one day out of three or four i have that.
