What Do You Do With Unspent Gift Cards?

I've got to tell you, gift cards are an excellent way of using cash to buy things on the internet. You of course still need to set up an account with your online seller.

I just started doing it myself recently. But I have an unusual problem. I have a couple of gift cards left with a couple of dollars on them. One has less than a dollar on it.

What do I do with the small excess money? Is there a simple way to recycle them? I am kind of lazy, I have to tell you, at least with gift cards. But I do realize that I could just use it on one purchase.
