What do you do when someone wants to kill you...

well shit, that sucks...you don't deserve that. restraining order won't do shit if he's serious, but its still a good idea to do. mass. cops suck!! they won't do shit for you.

restraining orders seem like a good idea...but they dont help. they are just a piece of paper and really hard to get. the person has to cause you physical harm...they cant just threaten you...or at least not in maryland..believe me..i have gone through it all.

do you live with your folks or out on your own? if you are on your own, you should have some friends stay with you. or perhaps you should stay with some friends for the time being.

 

Isn't there a women's shelter you could at least spend the nights at?

 

here this is what I posted in the thread to him. I am reposting it for you. You can call the cops and have him arrested just for what he wrote on here. I would print it now so you have proof. It's amazing how much snotty stuck up men who think they are entitled to everything change quite a bit after being strip searched.
My ex wasn't even as fucking crazy as you sound but the second he verbally threatened my life it ruined him financialy and he lost his real estate license- so it screwed him pretty bad. what you are doing constitues harrasment and threatening someones life at least here in CA is an 140k dollar bail-you would have to have 14 thousand to even get out-not to mention future lawyer fees. I am going to tell the forumer you are threatining about her rights so she know's she can excercise the options to call the cops on your ass. Maybe a few nights in county would put a stop to this.

oh god I have had my crazy share of stalkers but not in a long time-thank god. My ex was just really a calm person in general but when he got pissed it wasn't pretty. He went to thearapy and worked through all those issues or at least has told me he has but it doesn't matter.

 

not in massachusetts. you can carry a pocket knife with a blade no longer than 4 inches, i believe, might be 3.5 inches but that's beside the point and it can't be a fixed blade, has to be folding. switch blades are illegal, i believe.

i usually carry 2 knifes on me at all times.

If my life was threatened, and I had a knife....the legality of carrying it would not be my priority. But the confidence that no one could take it from me would be a very big factor.
Myself, I would just find a police academy self defense manual, and see how to disable an attacker very quickly and for a long time thereafter.
Poke him in the eye, the throat, kick or grab his groin, stomp his feet,kneehim, bite, push up on his nose, or hit it upwards, but that may kill him if you arent careful.
kick the side of his knee, very little pressure on a relaxed knee will break it.
pull his ears. get a hold of one of his fingers, and bend it backwards with all your bodyweight, try to break it. scratch his face,

and of course, scream "Fire!" as loud as you can, cuz most peeps wont care if he kills you, and will hear you yelling help, then turn up the tv.

Im not EXACTLY sure whats goin on here...but if you are serious (and it seems like you are from these posts) then you need to talk to someone about this. I had a friend who was stalked by her ex and she went to a womens group and they helped her file a restraining order and helped her deal with him. Check out some kinds of those groups for your area....they should have some info online or a hotline you can call. Dont just sit back and take it...there are some really crazy people out there and NOONE deserves to live in fear.
