Well, now I have nothing to say I eat healthy for like half of a month and the other half I eat really badly. It's just how it always happens. I was doing some exercises everyday, but I kinda stopped a long time ago. I dont think I should be doing those now, they were way too intense. Im thinking I should start doing yoga or something more laid back. I think our new house is great to keep us active. I was thinking that when I was doing laundry and I kept going up and down the stairs a million times.
