I have very long arms, I reach across with my left hand. A single guy must have these things covered.

    ...Lately,NOT enough.
I have been trying to jump rope every day- I have a rope that counts calories-its disappointing.
I walk the dog, dance round the house with the kid, I do yoga- sit ups, push ups, and a few similar floor/ toning exercises -wee have a home gym thingy- I use occasionally.
Lately, I have been far too sedentary for all the calories I consume. Geez, staying fit and thin was much easier when my daughter was still breastfeeding , and i was still working.

lately a LOT of swinging a pick axe and shoveling with some running of a chainsaw and splitting wood mixed in for balance.. and as usual around here a lot of walking..

of course a very healthy diet of lean meats, home made bread and organic homegrown produce as well.. :)

I remember seeing kids with little paper plates tied to their heads with faces drawn on them.

Supposedly the magpies didn't swoop if they thought that you were looking.

    sexy mother

    jk

that seems like it whould be a good way to make sure all your parts ar working well

anybody that wants to get strong on weight lifting

just go 20 bellow what you can lift then go up past that to 10 mor

if you can curl 80 pounds then go to 60 do ten of those then go to 70 then do ten of those then go to 80 then do as much of those as you can

if you can bench 170 go to 150 do ten of those then go to 160 then do ten of those then go to 170 then do as much of those as you can etc

and make sure you get your breathing technique right

dont stress your muscle out so switch up arms one day legs the other day and so on

I am genetically made to be slim. My grandfather could suck his belly like some yoga and i could see all his fucking ribs, no matter how much he eats he is always really, really thin and i am just like him. That does not change the fact i have some stretch marks, but it doesn`t really matter. Other than that i avoid eating chips and junk food

i'm a massage therapist, so that gives my arms a good workout. unfortunately, i don't do much for the rest of my body, and i've gotten into some pretty bad snacking habits. i do some yoga style stretching from time to time, but i really want to start doing yoga, aikido, and start running again. also, it would be nice for us to be able to unpack the bowflex and really use it. :)

10 hours per day of climbing up and down ladders, carrying heavy stuff and pulling cables. And I don't touch fast food or junk, and limit my wheat products.

I do the unhealthiest thing to keep healthy :D I go out clubbing every weekend. I know heavy drinking and that is supposed to make you put on weight, but every week I lose about 1 or 2 kilos (and I put it back on during the week... hurray for laziness).

pfffft... I hate physical labour, always have. Dancing and being hyper is the only thing I can do. I'm an intellectual :p
