I am constantly doing something ,its hard for me to sit for very long. PLUS , I chase after a two year old four days a week.
No exercise routine besides a good bit of pull ups everyday. I just stay busy and on my feet at work all day and eat really healthfully.
Well, I make my own fruit juices on a pretty regular basis. Recently I have started using them arm weight's and I'm already fairly happy with the results. I've stopped taking regular walks lately since it's swooping season here, and the maggies piss me off, but normally I do take walks. I've started doing sit ups again too.
i do an insane amount of walking..especially since my dorm is very far away from E V E R Y T H I N G plus im taking yoga classes. i try to go to the gym 6 days a week but im a slacker so ive only been going 4 days per week lately
In spring, the Magpies swoop down at you from their nests thinking your going to come after their eggs or chicks. Scary mobs.
I usually run with my dog 3 or 4 times a week, and take him on long walks. Long skateboard sessions basically everyday. I snowboard as much as I can if I'm near mountains, occasionally surf or bodyboard when I'm not. Push-ups, sit-ups, sometimes lift weights but thats not really my thing. Work on cars for hobby purposes or money, sometimes I do it for a living. Oh and I like to ride around on my beach cruiser.
I perform manual labour for about 4-5 hours a day for 6 days a week and then I have just about enough energy to take the dog to the park wander around slowly while he explores. If I feel up to it I take short hikes in gardens or forests on my days off. I have bought a book about cross training but I don't actually think my body can handle it right now.
This scares the shit out of me. There is one near my house that gets right up next to your face. You're walking along on a beautiful spring day minding your own business and all of a sudden you get slapped on the head with a wing. Its amazing how they can unnerve you.
I agree! But I think it's the sound of them swooping that unnerves me the most. I was walking once a few years back and saw one of them swoop down. I just heard this "clap" and the bloody thing nearly took off with my cap. I don't think I've run so fast in my life
I eat all the right food, don't drink (unless it's to get drunk), don't smoke, work out at the gym, dance, rowing, soccer, sex. I don't run though, I hate running long distance.
i eat healthy and run at the gym occasionally, i do crunches and calf raises and stuff... and mostly i just walk around a lot, i live on the third story and take the stairs 3 at a time.
