I walk around school, work, downtown and take my dog out for long walks to conservation areas, dog parks or just around the neighbourhood or for "rips" when I'm at the homestead. I do yoga a fair amount, mostly at home at this point, because the studio charges nearly $100 with my student discount for 1 class a week for 2 months. Which is expensive. I've joined the badminton club at school, but my work schedule this week is for the same time the gym is available except on Fridays. I'm working on staying more fit, but it's hard sitting at a desk in the classroom all day, in the library, and sitting behind a desk at work.
Mainly martial arts - modern and traditional Chinese "chi" stuff And weights/ gym. When I can I fit in football ,walking , running/sprinting / tennis and other stuff
I usually keep a weekly mileage between the 30 and 40 range for running. I spend 6 months of the year rock climbing and kayaking. The other 6 skiing. Uhhh I like backpacking too, I guess.
I'm not fit at all.. I run for 2 seconds and can't breathe.. so I started cardio on the excercise bike. I also do pilates and yoga.
I do capoeira, three or four times a week if I have the time. We've got a treadmill at home that I try to use a couple of times a week at least. I also go riding whenever I get a chance. And take the dog for walks daily.
Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and weight lifting. I'd be in better shape if I ran but, I fucking hate running. I also used to do plyo's but got to out of shape to do them. I'll start doing them again very soon.
I bike way too much, walk somewhat, play me some basketball and table tennis, lift lots of heavy shit for no reason, and have stick wars.
Lots of yoga. Some biking and walking. Plenty of gardening. My diet is really healthy-about 75% from the Farmers' Market or CSA.
Kayaking and swimming. Stretching exercises similar to yoga. Walking, jogging, and running barefoot on pavement, grass, and sand. Hiking and climbing up the sides of rivers. Walking waist-deep in rivers and along beaches (gives resistance like a gym machine). Indoor rock climbing occasionally. Riding a regular pedal bike. Playing frisbee in the grass. .
I keep fit so I don't become another sastistic...one more obese american. and to live in to my wonder years. EDIT: I just got back from a jog
