What kind of workouts do you do, Odie? With high-intensity interval training, you don't need to spend even close to that amount of time. 2-3 hours is a lot, and maybe even too much depending on what you are doing exactly.
I subsist on a modest pension granted to me early, and a modest inheritance.I do not have gainful employment, but am working and studying to be an audio visual artist,as well as a being a painter/draughtsman and musician.Previously I have worked as a landscape gardener and picture-framer.
Pressed_Rat Approx' 30-40 5-10 - water/break Approx 5-10 minutes on a row machine... 20 minutes in a sauna... 20 minutes general chest/ab/leg/arm work... 5 - 10 minute water/break... 10 - 20 minutes walking on a treadmill... 20 -30 minutes kicking around in the swimming pool... Interval Training might be better - but I don't really like such a structured way to work-out... I just do stuff till I'm bored...or knackered... The chap at the gym is going to give me a little bit of advice and a 'plan' - but I don't think I've done too badly so far... It's just been generally a lot less booze, a lot more activity, and a lot more water...
I teach kids with severe behavior and/or developmental issues--basically get beat up a lot. I'm also a full time graduate student. Oh, and I work seasonally at a restaurant.
I do as little as possible. And besides that I'm a gambler. At which I basically make the most when doing as little as possible.
We are currently filming season 3 of the crime fighting fantasy drama "Grimm" You might have it in the UK. It airs on NBC over here and it's possible to stream some episodes online. The security job is hit or miss. When I'm working near the film sets I get to watch a lot of cool stuff and learn about the effects they use. I get to eat lunch with the workers and actors who are somerimes dressed up in freaky costumes. Downside is that when they are present, I gotta be standing still the entire time. But when they aren't filming I'm guarding power equipment and thats pretty dull.
I don't "work" like most people my age. I keep the house clean, animals taken care of, and the plants. I help my boyfriend make pulleys at the machine shop he owns. I'm also making cakes/cupcakes for family and friends for money. It's nice. I do what I want, when I want, for as long as I want.
I'm the head bartender at a lounge, and make good money at it. I'm gonna get back into school soon and get my nursing degree. I love bar tending, but I realize I can't do it forever.
I plant trees, one after another, thousands at a time. In barren land devoid of forest. And I get payed ten cents each time I do it.
I think all people your age should work. 20 years old and no job? Fuck, i had to get a job ASAP at like age 14 I was working in a slaughterhouse with my daddy. Had to earn my own money to do things. Lol, I just can't believe that "most" twenty year olds don't work.
