you'll meet people where ever you are, especially if you're aware of stoners, and friendly people. everyone smokes now, so it will not be hard for you to find a nice dealer. if you can't ask around.

where i live, people tend to just ask me if i need weed.

as for moving to a big city.. i suggest you look for a safe place, infact, you might want to just look for a roommate to live with, its cheaper.

you could always meet people on here, i've met some real cool cats but beware of the wolfs

 

albany is not bad. has a good college town with lots of bars.
you can find lots of people looking for roommates there.

definitely do all your apt. hunting on Craigslist.com

most people though once they get to be late teens, want to move to a metropolis like the city.

nyc is expensive, but queens, brooklyn, bronx, long island city, all are short subway rides to manhattan and everything you could ever want is there.

in terms of opportunity to meet people, and find work, its the best.

i live in queens right now and born and raised in ny. just my two cents lol

if you want to move to a city philly is the cheaper way to go. and there are a lot of cool people there. nyc is huge so you never know what you'll find.
