So I got money from the 'hole in the wall' machine, crossed over the road and went into Greggs, bought a couple of steak pies and two caramel doughnuts - all now consumed !!!
When I think about the Adirondack chair the first thing that comes to mind is tuberculosis Fresh air was considered to be an important part of treatment for tuberculosis at sanitariums throughout the country back in the early 1900s, and there were a number of them in upstate New York. I just picture rows of sick, coughing, dying patients sitting in Adirondack chairs.
Carried my potatoes out to shop for cooler storage, without bothering to get dressed, except for sandals on my feet cuz the snow is cold.
