I improvised and used what I could from our fridge (which is currently broken).
Grabbed some tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, shallots, red onions, prawns, grilled calamari and other odds and ends, then tossed/chucked in with cooked pasta. Mixed in some pesto with the dish.
Topped with mozzarella cheese, pine nuts and oregano.

Then a nice Pine-Lime drink to go with it.

    Delicious.

7-8 scrambled eggs, spinach and cheese - not really sure as there was already a bowl of beaten eggs in teh fridge and i added another 4 eggs to it

oatmeal pancake thingy - oats, 3 egg whites, cinnamon...make a pancake on the griddle...then i topped it with some vanilla protein in paste form

2 cups coffee and now working on a gallon of water with green tea powder and cinnamon.

will be having a 1/2lb burger soon.

and will go from there. i'm fairly hungry today, so i'm sure i'll have a large dinner

Just finished eating 3 organic teryaki chicken breasts, a salad, kombucha tea, raw almonds, and some mango chunks, followed by a big scoop of coconut oil. By the time the night is over, I will have also had a whey protein shake and some raw eggs. That will be pretty much an entire day's worth of eating for me in about 4-5 hours.

We had breakfast for dinner tonight. Eggs, fried potato, bacon, ham, peameal bacon, fried tomato, pancake with maple syrup and toast. Started with a citrus salad.

    Nice change. :)

We all do not eat breakfast and with our different schedules Brunch is not easy so we switch it up for dinner sometimes.

Stay upright for at least 2 hours and that should help.........hope that you get a good night. :)

One carton of frozen Pagoda Chicken Fried Rice...sauteed a skillet of red peppers and vidalia onions in some good olive oil, laid that on top of the large plate this carton makes. (I pick out the little corns.)

1 Italian Ice - watermellon, tastes like ambrosia...something out of this world and not high in calories. :sunny:

    2 firecrackers...BEST of it all ;) :)

    Let's yesterday I had...

Lunch: Chicken Wrap w/ lettuce, provolone, and buffalo sauce on it.. + carrot sticks

Dinner: Ham/Turkey wrap (w/ provolone + oil n vinegar) .. and Celery on the side.

Haven't ate anything today yet, as it's still rather early... waiting for lunch to come around. As you can see, I don't really eat breakfast all that much, ha..

    a banana

Jalfrezi for lunch. interesting fact - Jalfrezi is commonly thought of as an Indian dish but it was actually created by the Chinese. I just learned that. Also, I made it so it was probably nothing like either the chinese or the indian dish.

    an apple

    Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner
