What did you eat today?

food. too much of it probably. and not the same, or as good for me, as if i was living by myself instead of sharing a kitchen. i'm not blaming the people i live with for that. just the fact that i do. and i'm not blaming anyone but myself for that either.

they mean well mostly. even when they try to pretend that they don't. so back to food. what the hell did i eat. oh yah, some chicken salad i bought tj's. that wine country one with the currents and nuts in it. my other meal was a frozen 'swedish' meatballs and noodls and gravy thing in the microwave. and nibbled on some dark chocklet dipped pretzels. also from tj's. and tj's crispy rice with 2% milk.

and my pills. i think that's about it.

 

Yesterday was a salad I spent way too much effing money on because the dumb bitch at the register refused to give us side salads (even though that's all we got) and split an order of french fries with the hubby at our usually favorite place (grrr) for lunch and ramen for dinner.

 

I was very indulgent this morning and had a full English breakfast: Fried egg,bacon,sausage,mushrooms,beans,hash browns and fried bread.

lol If I was gonna have a lethal overdose on xanax bars, it would've been when I took 74 of them in one day. 5 xanax bars barely affects me, due to tolerance.

Besides......the LD50 for alprazolam(xanax) is ridiculously high. In studies using rats, the oral LD50(median lethal dose) for alprazolam(xanax) ranged from 331 to 2171 mg per kg of body weight. Say we have a person (Mr. Smith) with a weight of 68 kg (150 lbs). The LD50 for Mr. Smith would be 22,508 mg to 147,628 mg of oral alprazolam. Thus, conservatively, 50% of people would die from taking a dose of 22,508 mg of oral alprazolam and 50% would live. A person could literally eat thousands of xanax bars before reaching lethal toxicity, while others would die from a much smaller dose. No offense intended, but go learn something.

It's sauteed chicken breasts topped with bacon, mushrooms, caramelized onions and shredded cheese. From what I understand, it originated in the south, so I am surprised you're not familiar with it. Maybe you know it under a different name.

 

Sounds really good. I am going to make that one night this week. Do you broil to melt the cheese?
