i just ate some grass seed

some people call it corn on the cob but technically corn cobs are seed pods and the corn plant is classified as a type of grass

I think the same can be said for wheat, rice, millet, and barley (along with the maize that you mentioned). They are grasses, so we are eating grass seed. Somehow bread doesn't seem like grass seed, but it is.

I had toast in the morning, banana yogurt, some carrots and hummus, a peach, an apple, an albacore tuna sammich on whole wheat, a red G2 and some shrimp pad thai again.

It's been two days in a row that I've been eating only seafood as my meat source. Tomorrow, I might go beef!

BBQ'd pork chops with corn on the cob, tossed salad and rotini pasta. I used my fresh tomatoes, garlic, red onion, black olives, olive oil, shaved parm and basil to toss on the pasta.

Kids had ice cream to finish. :)

well salmon is 9 dollars a pound and this was 99 cents a pound off of the same fish, so i bought it.

the larger pieces i cooked skin side down in a hot pan with butter and seasoning

the smaller pieces i cooked the same way and mixed them in with pasta.

So, the list for today was (and will be as I get ready to eat a bit more)

The whey protein shake (with white chocolate flavored Designer Whey-2 scoops), strawberries, blueberries, banana, flax seeds, yogurt, etc.

    half a banana

    3 cups of coffee

    watermelon

a big porterhouse steak- marinated then grilled.

    a grilled sweet potato.

juice from the juicer with spinach, kale, strawberries, blueberries, apple, banana

annnnnnnnd.... bout to soon eat the left over steak and make a strawberry milkshake... w strawberry ice cream and fresh strawberries added. :)

and then will eat a whole, home grown tomato- with a little salt and pepper added. :)

been a good food day here. :)

NOW... if I could just get over how a half hour ago I walked into the kitchen and saw either a mosquito or a wasp or hornet flying around by the stove (stove light)---freaked out and left.... so yea not wanting to go out there n see that thing again, but hungry....so gonna have to grow a set.
