    Lol, that was me last year with squash. Everyone had a ton from their gardens and felt I needed them.

    omg, they keep giving me squashes too. squash, tomatoes and watermelons..
    I have like 8 huge squashes here too and i'm always making them.

    I wish someone would give me tomatoes.


    I would buy a shit ton of basil and mozzarella and balsamic... and eat caprese salads for the rest of the weeeeeeeeeek! And make bruschetta, yummmm.

    I have so many ground up (cause you gotta grind them), so these are ground up already ... flax seeds just sitting in the fridge.

    and yea I eat too much watermelon too.. it's like a drink, not a fruit.

    and prissbaby, i'd give you as many of these tomatoes as you wanted if you lived around here. im sick of them.

    my special pasta.. the secret is in the sauce. i take a jar of sauce, then put it in the blender and add cilantro, red pepper, garlic, anchovies, salt and butter.. mmm

    You always want to keep your flax seeds in the freezer. Grind them only before you're about to use them, but never use stuff that has been ground up for any length of time, unless it's been stored in the freezer, because it oxidizes quickly and loses its potency fast. The oxidation also creates a lot of stuff that is actually bad for you.

    I personally buy the stuff that's already ground (which comes in a sealed bag and thus is protected against oxidation until opened), for the sake of convenience, but I just make sure to keep it in the freezer.

    You can't grind them up once a week even? Cause I use them all within a week... hmmm...
